Pascale Lagesse is a Partner and Founder of the Bredin Prat’s Employment Law practice.
She has over 30 years of experience advising international corporate clients on:
- the employment issues arising out of mergers & acquisitions and business divestitures
- individual disputes and complex collective disputes with unions and works councils
- large-scale restructuring projects as well as day-to-day employment advice and assistance.
Pascale is active in a variety of legal organizations and is currently the Vice Chair of the International Bar Association’s Legal Practice Division and a member of the Management Board.
She is also Course Director for Labor Law Studies at the Paris Bar School and a member of the Research Commission at Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas University.
Prior to joining Bredin Prat, Pascale was the Founder and Head of the Employment, Pensions and Benefits practice of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer’s Paris office.

L’équipe assiste notamment ses clients dans la mise en œuvre de leurs projets de licenciement, dans les négociations avec les comités d’entreprises et les syndicats, dans le traitement du contentieux collectif ou de problématiques d’avantages sociaux. La pratique est dirigée par Pascale Lagesse
qui gère une grande diversité de problématiques.
