David started his carrier in 1999 with Arthur Andersen and was part of the team involved in the creation of Arsene in 2004. He is a partner at Arsene Taxand since January 2009 specialized in corporate tax, M&A transactions and Energy Service Line. As head of the Energy Service Line of the firm he assists industrial operators and investors in order to analyze, measure and manage the green tax burden induced by their activities. He mainly works for M&A actors with a specific focus on cross-border issues and complex financings. Main clients he works for are PE funds (e.g., Astorg, Argos Soditic, TCR, 3i) within cross border operations and Corporates (SAUR, EDF) where acquiring or structuring French activities.
