Stanislas Vailhen is Co-Managing Partner of Alerion and he intervenes in innovation tax credit mechanisms, corporate and real estate taxation, including indirect taxes. He regularly assists clients in tax audits and in disputes before the French and European courts. Stanislas has developed extensive experience in issues of QPC and compliance with EU law, particularly in relation to class actions. He regularly assists management companies in obtaining visas from the AMF (French Financial Markets Authority) in relation to public share offerings, particularly involving reinvestment transactions (art. 150-0 B ter of the French tax code).

Stanislas contributed to the founding of Alerion in 2003 and was later appointed as a partner in 2008. He began his career at the French law firm Gide in 1999 before joining Bignon Lebray.

Formation académique

Admitted to the Paris Bar, he holds an LLM in international business law (University of Exeter, UK) and a DESS (post-graduate degree) in tax law from the University of Dijon.
