The team also has expertise in real estate financing and regularly works alongside colleagues in Delhi, Bengaluru and Kolkata on cross-office mandates. Krishnava Dutt, Aastha and Utkarsh Bandhu helm the practice. Aastha is very active in advising major banks, financial sponsors and funds on complex transactions and also has a background in real estate finance, project finance and insolvency matters.
