It also advises on related due diligence. ‘Highly respected in the field’, Ittinant Suwanjutha spearheads the group and has specialisms across banking and finance, M&A and corporate and commercial issues relating to real estate and construction. Supachot Prasankiattiraj has experience handling transactional matters and assists with high-value joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions and financings relating to various real estate matters.

Its workload includes advising on high-value hotel and residential developments, acquisitions and sales, and leasehold agreements.
