- Assisted a group active in the construction industry with a comprehensive employment law compliance check in two of its companies, which included extensive field work, all of which resulted in a detailed report with clear recommendations to improve the level of compliance going forward.
- Assisted a large organisation active in healthcare with a complex multi-year reorganisation project, including extensive post-merger integration work.
- Assisted a global food and beverages group with the reorganisation of its worldwide employment set-up, which included an analysis of local employment law in eight different countries.

Under the leadership employment practitioner Stefanie Tack, who took over the practice leadership in early 2023, Strelia is capable of handling a large volume of employee transfers and terminations in the context of corporate restructurings and also advises a growing number of clients on whistleblowing matters.
