White & Case LLP
Not least due to its cross-practice cooperation, White & Case LLP's employment practice focuses on transaction- and insolvency-related matters and thus routinely assists with restructuring and reorganisation, staff reduction measures, operational changes and conversions as well as negotiations with works councils and unions. The group is also experienced in managing outsourcing projects. Hendrik Röger leads the team and regularly advises on restructuring measures.
