October 2024 saw Appleby expand its banking and finance team with the arrivals of Dylan Latimer from Bedell Cristin and Tristan Ozanne from Babbé LLP, expanding its lender-side capacity when it comes to structuring or amending facilities ranging from fund and acquisition financing to revolving credit facilities. Latimer offers expertise in both fund and real estate financing, while Ozanne is noted for his advice to both bank and private credit lenders. The team is headed by Jeremy Berchem, who handles lender and borrowers-side aspects of acquisition, asset and subscription facilities, and debt financing specialist Stuart Tyler. In September of 2025, Kate Ovenden joined the group, also from Bedell Cristin.
