  • Advised Elektra Noreste on all legal aspects related to the procedure and approval by the National Authority of Public Services (ASEP) of the maximum permitted revenue of Elektra Noreste for the tariff period of 2022-2024, which was set at $844m.
  • Advised Celsia Centroamérica in connection with the sale of part of its assets located in Panama and Costa Rica to Fontus Spain, including the Dos Mares hydroelectric complex, the Divisa and Celsolar solar farms, and the Guanacaste wind power plant, for $194m.

  • Representing Grupo San Fernando, one of the investors of Grupo Hospitalario de Azuero, on the development and construction of a brand-new private hospital in one of the country’s fastest-growing cities, which will operate under Clinica Especializada de Azuero.
