  • Crafted a successful defence strategy on behalf of NF Energía to respond to an administrative action and subsequent administrative appeal filed by four environmental groups, seeking to challenge the local planning board’s certification in relation to a natural gas-powered electricity production facility installed at the Port of San Juan.
  • Representing Samsung (and its affiliate insurance company) in a product liability claim, where the plaintiff asserts substantial damages had allegedly resulted from an electric shock received from a faulty microwave oven.
  • Achieved a favourable settlement as a result of the defence of ResCare, which provides bus transportation for educational centres, in a negligence suit brought by the family of a cyclist who died in an accident.
