McCormicks

McCormicks assists numerous private investors, property developers and landed estates and charities, primarily in the sports sector, on lease renewals, property sales, and residential developments. Claire Baker-Kemp assumed leadership of the practice in May 2023, following the departure of Heather Roberts in March 2023. Baker-Kemp is well-versed in property sales and purchases, and landlord and tenant matters, and is supported by senior partner Peter McCormick. The real estate elements of the matter involved dealing with the existing lease and ensuring that the new owners could run the business once acquired without any issues from the former tenants.
