  • Supported a major international high street brand on an office closure, relocation and wider restructure that fundamentally alters how its UK head office operates.
  • Acted for a global fashion retailer, conducting an investigation into allegations of malicious behaviour, a toxic working environment, together with complaints of race and disability discrimination made against a range of senior individuals, including C-suite level employees and the HR team.
  • Acted for a large insurance sector client, drafting and negotiating complex TUPE provisions in relation to an outsourcing with multi-party transferees, staggered transfers and differing levels of indemnity for each transferee.
