Linklaters has a Shanghai Trade Zone joint operation with Zhao Sheng Law Firm, a leading PRC antitrust law firm, which notably serves as an advisor to the SAMR. The firm has a strong focus in assisting international clients, including Microsoft, Intel, and Johnson & Johnson, with cross-border M&A and FDI transactions to China. Fay Zhou  , Xi Liao  , and Arthur Peng   co-lead the practice from Beijing.
