  • Advised Bluestone Resorts Wales Limited in refinancing pre-existing Barclays term loan facilities to provide (amongst other things) additional funding for a 3MW solar photovoltaic array on the Bluestone National Park Resort.
  • Having previously acted for Welsh Government in the provision of an £18m loan facility to the Welsh Rugby Union (WRU) to refinance the Covid Large Business Interruption Scheme (CLBILS) loans that had been taken out by the four Welsh professional rugby regions, Cardiff Blues, Dragons, Scarlets and Ospreys (the Regions), we drafted and negotiated an Amendment and Restatement Agreement of the original loan facility.
  • Acted for Principality Building Society in the full due diligence required for a loan of £17.74m to Cardiff Community Housing Association.
