  • Acted for RSA and their client, a partner, in relation to a regulatory prosecution in the SDT who was accused of sexual misconduct as a result of singing a sexually explicit song to a trainee.
  • Acting for Aviva and their client, Mr Woolf, who was alleged to have been dishonest and lacked integrity in his handling of an agricultural case for his landowner client. In the context of the case the SRA asserted that he had written to his unrepresented opponent in a misleading fashion and if all of their allegations had been found proven Mr Woolf would have been struck off.
