  • Represented a management company in a complex right of way dispute, the outcome of which would have impacted on the value of the properties, as it involved parking spaces, which are at a premium in the local area.
  • Defending two separate nuisance claims for the Welsh government brought by the landlord and tenant of adjoining land. The claims relate to flooding, which the claimants allege was caused by major development works on the land owned by the Welsh government.
