- Represented a gentleman who suffered a significant spinal injury after a delay in diagnosis of cauda equina syndrome. Within 6 months of having been instructed it secured a full admission of liability from the NHS Trust responsible for his claim and got him an interim payment to meet his significant rehabilitation needs.
