Norton Rose Fulbright added DCM expertise after hiring French and UK qualified Jeremy Grant (ex Stephenson Harwood) in August 2024. His practice covers investment-grade and non-investment-grade financings with a particular focus on developing markets.
Orrick added DCM capabilities in May 2024 after hiring Manaf Triqui, who was formerly with Eversheds Sutherland (France) LLP. He advises investors, arrangers and issuers on private debt transactions and bond issuances.
