March 2023 saw Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C. launch its first Canadian office in Toronto; ex-Torys department lead Mitch Frazer acts as managing partner and practice head and has significant experience advising on plan administration and pension issues associated with M&A transactions.
Led by the Toronto-based Natasha vandenHoven, and strengthened by the July 2024 arrival of former Bennett Jones LLP practice co-head Jordan Fremont, the practice group at Stikeman Elliott LLP handles plan administration, drafting and design for employers across a range of sectors.
