  • Acted for Louis Dreyfus Company Canada in an action for damages against the Canadian National Railway Company following a breach of its level of service obligations.
  • Acted for Univar Canada in an action for damages against the Canadian Pacific Railway Company after CP refused to serve Univar over the rail line leading to its facility in Richmond, BC following a fire in July 2014.
