In addition to advising on domestic transactions, the group acts on investments in Chile that are made through controlling US entities. The ‘very collaborative’ department is co-led by Sebastian Perez-Cotapos, whose venture capital expertise covers advice to target start-ups, limited partnerships and venture fund managers; and fellow name-partner Santiago Montt, who is experienced in assisting investors and start-up companies with seed stages and investment rounds.
