- Red Bee Media France is a subsidiary of the Ericsson Group and employs 286 permanent staff. One of its clients is France Médias Monde, for whom it provides services under a commercial agreement.|In September 2023, 40 employees brought claims before the French Labour Court, seeking to have their employment contracts with Red Bee Media France reclassified as permanent contracts with France Médias Monde. They are also requesting that both companies be held jointly liable for illegal labour lending and unlawful subcontracting. The firm are representing Red Bee Media France in these forty cases. The financial exposure is estimated at approximately €2 million.
- Hinterland group is specialised in road transport and is currently facing significant financial difficulties. Insolvency proceedings have been initiated against two group companies, Hinterland and Gazeau. In this context, the team supported the client in the reorganisation of the group. In coordination with the court-appointed administrators, we terminated all customary practices as well as a number of collective bargaining agreements. The team assisted the client throughout the procedures involving the Works Council and the communication with employees. The firm subsequently negotiated a substitution agreement. They also initiated the implementation of a redundancy plan, which included the elimination of 200 positions. However, the project was ultimately abandoned, as the company Hinterland was placed into judicial liquidation.
