The group is also noted for its strengths in real estate M&A and zoning and permit requirements. Felipe Boisset oversees the department, with experience in real estate finance. Senior associate Andrea Pinillos, who joined from DLA Piper Perú in August 2023, concentrates on identifying civil and urban contingencies in real estate transactions, while associate Patricio Bouroncle assists corporations with various contractual concerns.
