  • Served as lead defense counsel on a wrongful death lawsuit in which AECOM was alleged to have been negligent in its closure of an exit ramp.
  • Served as local counsel for L’Oreal S.A. in two matters in which L’Oreal were alleged to have released defective products which led to cancer.
  • Served as national counsel for the Teva defendants in multi-district litigation involving approximately 2,000 cases. Plaintiffs allege that the Paragard intrauterine device (IUD) has a propensity to break upon removal, causing complications.
  • Served as part of the team handling a national scale product liability litigation, relating to the recall of hernia mesh products in which damages were being claimed in up to 3,500 cases.
  • Served as lead defense counsel on product liability claims arising from alleged injuries sustained by employees of Trimac Transportation, Inc. while cleaning tank trucks for employer that carried BASF.
