  • Represented Million Air in affirmative federal litigation against Westchester County seeking $30+ million in damages for the County’s breach of its lease agreement with Million Air, which allowed Million Air to operate and build facilities at the Westchester County Airport.
  • Representing property sellers and their attorney  in a dispute over the purchase of their home, in which we successfully moved to dismiss all claims against our clients and are currently litigating affirmative claims against the buyers for abuse of process.
