  • Undertook health and safety due diligence for Aldar Properties PJSC on the acquisition of London Square Developments for an enterprise value in excess of £230 million, marking Aldar’s first transaction outside the Middle East region and its entry into the UK housing developer market.
  • Conducted mock fatality incidents where we acted as HSE inspectors at a number of AESSEAL sites to help the client ensure the company health and safety policy was being properly implemented and followed. We analysed the sites’ performances against internal procedures and legal compliance requirements.
  • Produced a legal risk register setting out the environmental, health and safety and data security compliance requirements applicable to a datacentre for this client.

Weightmans LLP

Elliott Kenton is at the helm at Weightmans LLP.
