- Advised United Parcel Services De Mexico for the acquisition of Mexican package delivery company “Estafeta”, a transaction with a very strong intellectual property component that involved the establishment of a complex structure to ensure the correct transfer of the business’ intellectual property, as well as the crafting of transition services agreements involving IP rights.
