The members of Parklane Plowden represent bereaved families and regional NHS trusts alike in inquiries and inquests that concern deaths in care and clinical negligence. Richard Copnall and Abigail Telford act on behalf of the claimants in inquests following suspicious deaths, including those occuring in secure mental health settings, custodial environments and care homes. Tom Barclay-Semple focuses his practice on representing NHS trusts, and is regularly instructed on inquests that engage right to life provisions under ECHR Article 2.
