A recognised expert in regulatory crime, Alan Fuller has extensive experience of handling health and safety issues and trading standards investigations. He is currently serving as leading counsel for the HSE in R (HSE) v Kepak Group Ltd., a case involving an industrial accident in which a worker’s arm was amputated while cleaning the factory, raising significant concerns regarding factory safety. David Sapiecha  successfully prosecuted on behalf of HSE in R v A&P Ltd and Zurich Management Ltd., where a jib crane fell to the ground and struck an RFA ship, after the luffing wires failed due to corrosion and lack of maintenance.

Nicholas Cotter, who is known for his ‘calm and unflustered demeanour’, was instructed by the Maritime Coast Guard Association in a case related to sinking of a trawler, killing two men. ‘A highly intelligent, professional and outstanding advocate’, Jonathan Underhill notably represented a company and its director in Suffolk Trading Standards vs. Mint and Mustard Produce Limited and Richard Parry, a case where the defendants failed to comply with the Animal By-Products (Enforcement) (England) Regulations.
