Stephen Davies KC has longstanding experience of handling high-profile insolvencies and is currently working on Kireeva v Zolotova & Basel Properties Limited, an insolvency dispute concerning the ownership of Villa Nicolini in Italy. Jeremy Bamford is a ‘feared opponent with deep intellect and genuine knowledge of the law‘.
